Tribeca was a district of warehouses and small factories long before it was a place to live. Many of those brick and cast-iron buildings are now loft apartments, and their size is the first thing our crews notice: wide open living spaces, tall ceilings and rugs that can run the length of a room. Access comes second. Many converted buildings move contractors through a freight elevator that has to be booked with the super or the managing agent, sometimes only on weekdays. Send us your building's rules and we will plan the arrival and the loading around them.
