Auto Detailing in Tribeca, Manhattan

Most Tribeca residents who own a car keep it in a garage, often in their own building or in a parking garage a few blocks away. Street parking is scarce, and the van traffic around Canal Street and the Holland Tunnel does not help.

Our detailing is mobile, so we come to where the car is parked. Before we book, we check what your garage allows. Some let us do a full wash and interior, some allow interior work only, and some need the garage manager to approve the visit first.

Many Tribeca cars are family cars that get used for weekend trips out of the city, so they come back with sand, snacks, wet dog hair and mud on the mats. That is exactly the kind of mess a full interior detail is built for.

The interior work is where families notice the biggest change. We vacuum every surface, including under the seats and in the car seat tracks, then deep clean the carpets, mats and seat fabric.

Leather seats are cleaned and conditioned, and fabric seats are treated for spills and stains. Crumbs and juice around child seats get extra attention.

Outside, the car gets a hand wash and wax. City grime, road salt in winter and dust from nearby construction all come off gently, without automatic brushes.

Pet hair, stuck in carpet and seat fabric, is removed as part of the interior clean.

Dashboards, cup holders, door pockets and the center console are cleaned by hand.

We price each job on the car's real condition, so a lightly used car is not charged like one that has carried two kids and a dog all winter.

A full detail usually takes two to four hours. Interior-only visits, which some garages prefer, take less.

While we are in the neighborhood, ask about sofa cleaning or carpet cleaning at home, or see the full Tribeca services list. We also detail cars in Downtown and FiDi garages. Tell us where the car is parked when you call 1-800-589-4364, and we will quote it free.
