From doorman co-ops on Park and Fifth Avenue to townhouses on the side streets and walk-ups near the East River.
The Upper East Side runs from 59th Street up to 96th Street, between Central Park and the East River, and its homes come in three main kinds. Along Fifth, Madison and Park Avenues there are large prewar co-ops with doormen and service entrances. On the quiet side streets in the 60s and 70s there are brownstone and limestone townhouses. East of Third Avenue, in Yorkville, there are many walk-ups and postwar elevator buildings.
Each kind of building changes how a cleaning visit works. A co-op may only allow contractors on weekdays and through the service elevator. A townhouse means stairs between every floor. A fourth-floor walk-up means carrying the equipment up by hand. We ask about your building when you call, so the crew comes prepared.
Deep extraction for bedroom and hallway carpet, which many co-ops ask residents to keep.
We collect the rug through the service entrance, wash it at our plant and return it.
Wing chairs, dining seats and inherited pieces, tested first and cleaned gently.

Townhouse stoops, building entrances, courtyards and shop sidewalks.
Building rules come first. Many co-ops here set hours for contractors, ask that work be booked with the managing agent in advance and send all deliveries through a service entrance. Tell us what your building requires and we plan the visit around it, so the crew is not stuck waiting in the lobby.
Older homes need a careful eye. Prewar apartments often have parquet or plank floors under the carpet, plaster walls and furniture that has been in the family for decades. We check fabrics and fibers before we clean and choose a method that suits each piece.
Families and pets fill these apartments too. Many Upper East Side households have young children, a dog that walks in Central Park or Carl Schurz Park every day, and a guest room that only gets used on holidays. Everything we use is non-toxic and eco-safe, so nobody has to leave home while we work.
We have been part of New York homes since 2005. Every job starts with a free quote, most addresses here can get a same-day or next-day slot, and first-time customers get 10% off their first cleaning.
The 4, 5 and 6 trains run under Lexington Avenue, and the Q train runs under Second Avenue with stops at 72nd, 86th and 96th Streets. For a cleaning van, the bigger question is curb space: avenues are busy, side streets fill up early, and many buildings want trucks to use a side entrance.
Museum Mile lines Fifth Avenue along the park, and Carl Schurz Park and Gracie Mansion sit by the river at East End Avenue. Our crews work across the whole area, and we also serve the Upper West Side across the park and Harlem to the north.
