Converted office buildings have very long corridors and large units with odd layouts. A two-bedroom may have carpet in one room and wood everywhere else, or a big open living room with an area rug the size of a small apartment. We ask what you have before we come, so the quote is accurate.
Streets here are narrow and old. Some, like Stone Street, are cobblestone and closed to cars, and blocks near the Stock Exchange have barriers that keep vans out. We plan where to unload before the crew leaves, so you are not paying for time spent circling.
Many residents work long hours, so we offer early and late slots where the building allows. You can also leave access with the front desk if your building permits it.

Few places in the city have as many subway lines as Downtown. The 2, 3, 4 and 5, the A and C, the J and Z, the R and W and the 1 all stop within a few blocks, and the Fulton Center and the World Trade Center hub tie many of them together. Ferries leave from Whitehall at the southern tip.
For us, the hard part is parking, not transit. Weekday traffic is heavy, loading zones are short and many blocks are one lane wide. Weekends and evenings are often easier, and we can usually fit you in today or tomorrow. Our crews also cover Tribeca, directly north, and the rest of Manhattan.
