NoHo is a small neighborhood just north of Houston Street, between Broadway and the Bowery. Many of its buildings were built more than a century ago for warehouses and small factories, and later turned into homes. The result is lofts with high ceilings, wide wood floors, big windows and rooms that can be much larger than a typical Manhattan apartment.

Loft buildings move people and things in their own way. Some have a freight elevator run by the building, some have a key-operated elevator that opens straight into the apartment, and a few smaller buildings have only stairs. Tell us how your building works and we plan the load-in.
We price by the real size of the job, not by a standard apartment. A 12-foot rug or a sectional that wraps around a room takes more time than a small piece, and an honest quote up front means no surprises on the day.
Tall loft windows bring lots of light, which is great for living but hard on rugs and fabric. Sun can fade one side of a sofa or rug over time. We point out fading when we see it, so you know what cleaning can and cannot change.

Two subway stations serve this small area: Bleecker Street on the 6, and Broadway-Lafayette on the B, D, F and M. Lafayette Street, where the Public Theater stands, and Bond Street run through the middle of the neighborhood.
Streets here are narrow and parking is tight, so we ask about loading before every visit. NoHo is right between the East Village, Greenwich Village and SoHo, and so a crew is often in the area already.
Great Jones Street and Bond Street have some of the best-known loft buildings in the area, and the Bowery on the east side mixes older buildings with newer ones. We work on all of these blocks.
