Inside the house, in the driveway and out front, for families who have often lived on the same block for generations.
Bensonhurst is a neighborhood of attached and semi-detached brick houses, many of them two-family homes with the owners on one floor and relatives or tenants on the other. Plenty of them have a driveway, a garage built under the house, and a front yard paved in concrete behind a low gate.
Along Bay Parkway and some of the bigger avenues there are also six-story elevator buildings, and newer condo buildings keep going up. Households here are a mix of long-time Italian-American families, a large and growing Chinese community, Russian-speaking families and many others.
Whatever the home, the eco-safe products we bring are gentle enough for a crawling baby, a grandparent with allergies or the family dog. We have worked in New York homes for more than 20 years, since 2005, and same-day or next-day openings are available for most of the neighborhood.

A two-family house often means two kitchens, two living rooms and two sets of bedrooms, plus a basement that may be a den, a second kitchen or a place for the grandchildren to play. We can quote one floor or the whole building, and we plan the visit so the crew is not going up and down more than needed.
Driveways and under-house garages make a real difference here. When our van can pull in, setup is quick and hoses run straight inside. If the driveway is shared with a neighbor, just let us know so we do not block anyone.
In the apartment buildings along Bay Parkway, the super sets the rules on elevators and hours, and we keep to them. Hallway floors get covered while equipment goes in and out.
Before starting, the technician walks through with you and gives you a firm price. If someone at home speaks limited English, we keep explanations short and simple and are happy to talk with another family member on the phone.
The D train runs above 86th Street and New Utrecht Avenue, and the N stops at 18th Avenue, 20th Avenue and Bay Parkway. Shopping streets like 86th Street, 18th Avenue and Bay Parkway are busy all day, and finding a spot near them is a challenge. The quieter side streets are easier, and a lot of customers simply let us use the driveway.
Toward the water, Bensonhurst Park and the Belt Parkway run along Gravesend Bay. Homes on that side get more wind and a bit of salt air, which shows up on cars and outside walls.
We also cover the blocks next door in Borough Park and Dyker Heights. Booking here takes one call to 1-800-589-4364, or a few lines on the quote form.
