Construction is everywhere here since the rezoning, and so is the dust. Fine grit from building sites blows through windows and comes in on shoes, and it settles deep in carpet and rugs. We vacuum it out first, before any water touches the fiber.
Open loft floors are big. A single room can hold a 10 by 14 rug, a long sectional and a dining table, so we size the crew and the time to the real floor area instead of guessing from the number of rooms.
New buildings usually want an elevator time booked ahead. Older loft buildings may have a freight elevator with an operator. Tell us the building and we will sort out the access details with you before the day.
