Westhampton Beach is a true beach village. Main Street fills with diners and shoppers on summer evenings, the Performing Arts Center draws crowds, and across the bridges Dune Road runs along the barrier beach between the ocean and Moriches Bay.
The houses here range from small cottages near the water to large homes on the dunes, plus plenty of weekly and monthly rentals. Sand is everywhere by July. Green Choice has cleaned homes since 2005, and our crews work in the village through the busy season and the quiet months.

The village calendar shapes our work. Owners call in April and May to open the house; rental managers call all summer for turnovers; and after Labor Day comes the big clean-out before winter. We keep slots aside for those peaks and plan routes around Main Street traffic.

Over the bridges on Dune Road, houses sit close to the sand and driveways can be narrow. We plan Dune Road visits for mornings when we can and avoid Friday-afternoon traffic. Outside July and August, same-day or next-day slots are usually open.
