Size is the obvious one. A big house can have a dozen rooms with rugs, several sofas and a long list of beds, and the work has to fit inside one day or one gap in the guest schedule. We scope the visit room by room so the crew arrives with enough time and equipment.
Country life is the next. Farm fields and horse paddocks mean mud, hay and fine soil, and riding boots and dogs carry it into mudrooms, back halls and car floors. Late summer brings the Hampton Classic horse show, and equestrian families are busy with barns, trailers and guests all at once.
