Auto Detailing in Amagansett, NY

Beach cars live a hard life. The back seat holds wet towels and boogie boards, sand gets ground into the floor mats, and a surfboard on the roof drips salt water down the doors. Even a car that never goes to the beach gets a salty film from the ocean air out here.

We bring the detail to you. Our crews set up in your driveway, so there is no need to drive to a car wash on a crowded summer highway.

A full detail usually takes two to four hours. Interior-only or exterior-only visits are faster.

Inside, we do a full vacuum and deep clean, with extra time on the carpet and the seams of the seats, which is where beach sand hides. The dashboard, console and windows get cleaned too, inside and out.

Leather seats get conditioned and fabric seats get cleaned, so a summer of wet swimsuits does not leave stains and a musty smell.

Outside, the car is washed to remove salt film and road grime. Salt left on paint and trim does it no favors, so a wash after the season is a good habit.

Ceramic coating is available if you want longer-lasting protection. We will tell you honestly whether it makes sense for your car and how you use it.

Second-home owners often have us detail the summer car before they arrive in May and again before it gets parked for the winter.

Dogs love the beach and the car ride there. Pet hair woven into seat fabric and carpet takes time to get out, and we do it with special tools rather than just a quick vacuum. The result is a car that does not smell like wet dog by Labor Day.

Surfers' cars have their own issues: wax on the roof rack, wet wetsuits on the seats and sand in every corner. We take the extra time those cars need.
