Doorman mid-rises on Second and Third Avenue, walk-ups full of roommates, and old townhouses on quiet side streets. Our Murray Hill crews handle move-ins, move-outs and regular cleanings in all of them.
One call covers carpet, rugs, furniture and mattresses, from the avenues to the brownstone blocks.
Murray Hill covers the East 30s, roughly between Madison Avenue and the East River. Along Second and Third Avenue it is mostly doorman buildings and walk-ups filled with young professionals, many of them sharing apartments. On the side streets closer to Park and Lexington, you find older townhouses and brownstones, some split into apartments and some still single homes.
People move in and out of Murray Hill a lot, and many leases turn over in late spring and summer. That makes move-in and move-out cleanings a big part of what we do here, alongside regular visits for families and long-time owners. Tell us which kind of visit you need and we plan the crew and time to match.
Move-out and move-in carpet cleaning, plus regular deep cleans for long-time owners.
Pickup from your building, a full wash at our facility and delivery back.
Chairs, ottomans and headboards cleaned on site after a fabric test.
Couches in shared apartments cleaned in place, cushions and covers included.
A fresh start for a bed when a roommate moves out or you move in.
Mobile detailing at your garage or a legal spot nearby, by garage rules.
Townhouse stoops, building entrances, sidewalks and back gardens.
Hand-washing for Persian and antique rugs in townhouses and co-ops.
Moving week is busy, and building rules often make it harder. Many Murray Hill buildings set move hours and ask that the service elevator be reserved. If you need carpets and a mattress cleaned between move-out and move-in, tell us the dates and we fit the cleaning into that gap.
Shared apartments get heavy use. Three or four roommates mean more foot traffic, more takeout on the couch and more beds to keep fresh. Splitting one visit for the whole apartment is often simpler than everyone booking on their own.
The townhouses and brownstones on the side streets are a different kind of job. There are stairs between floors, older wood floors with large rugs, and sometimes a stoop or back garden. We plan more time for these homes and bring tools for carpeted stairs.

The 6 train stops at 33rd Street on Park Avenue South, and Grand Central at 42nd Street is a short walk from the north end of the neighborhood. Traffic heading to the Queens-Midtown Tunnel can slow the avenues in the East 30s, so we plan our van routes around it.
Murray Hill sits between Midtown to the north and Kips Bay and Gramercy to the south. Our crews work on every block, from the Morgan Library area on Madison Avenue to the high-rises near the East River.
Parking a van on the avenues can be hard during the day, so we often ask about the best place to load in. If your building has a side entrance or a loading spot, let us know when you book.
