Five-story tenement walk-ups, Ninth Avenue restaurants and new glass towers toward the Hudson. We plan every Hell's Kitchen visit around the building you live in.

Small apartments, big amenity buildings and busy storefronts, all on one crew's route.
Hell's Kitchen runs west of Eighth Avenue from the 30s up to 59th Street, and its housing changes block by block. On the side streets you find old five-story tenements with railroad apartments and fire escapes out front. Closer to the river, newer rental towers have doormen, gyms and roof decks.
That split shapes how we work. A tenement job means carrying our machines up narrow stairs with no elevator. A tower job means booking the service elevator, checking in at the front desk and following the building's moving rules.
Many people here work in theaters, restaurants and hotels, with late nights and late mornings. We are happy to start a little later in the day if that suits you. Green Choice has cleaned city homes since 2005, our products are non-toxic and pet-safe once dry, and most addresses can get a same-day or next-day slot.
Bedroom and studio carpet in walk-ups and rental towers, plus pet spot treatment.
Rugs carried down tenement stairs or the service elevator and washed at our plant.
Accent chairs, stools and banquettes cleaned in apartments and small restaurants.
Compact studio couches and sleeper sofas cleaned where they stand.
Quick-dry mattress cleaning for studios, roommates and short leases.
Detailing inside your building garage or monthly garage when it is allowed.
Restaurant sidewalks, bar fronts, building entrances and roof decks.
Hand-washing for wool and silk rugs, collected from your door.
Railroad apartments in the old tenements are long and narrow, with one room leading into the next. We plan where hoses and machines will sit so you can still get from the front room to the kitchen while we work.
Rental towers have their own routine. Most want your name, our arrival time and sometimes a work order a day ahead. Tell us your building's rules when you book and we take care of the rest.
This is one of the most dog-friendly parts of Manhattan. Puppies in studios, big dogs in one-bedrooms, and plenty of accident spots on rugs and carpet. Odor treatment is something we do here almost every day.
Before the cleaning starts, the crew walks the apartment with you, points out what will come out fully and what may only fade, and gives you a time estimate.
The A, C and E stop at 42nd Street by the Port Authority Bus Terminal, and the C and E also stop at 50th Street. The 7 train ends at 34th Street-Hudson Yards, at the south end of the neighborhood. Lots of residents walk to work in Midtown.
For our vans, traffic is the challenge. Cars heading to the Lincoln Tunnel can back up the cross streets, and Ninth and Tenth Avenues are busy most of the day. We plan routes and arrival windows around the rush.
The west side is also close to Hudson River Park, the piers and DeWitt Clinton Park, so many of our customers come home with a dog that has run in the grass or along the river path. Whatever block you are on, call 1-800-589-4364 or use the quote form to book.
