Remsenburg-Speonk is really two places that share a name. Remsenburg is the quieter, greener half, with large older houses set back from South Country Road and homes on the creeks and the bay. Speonk sits along Montauk Highway and around the train station, with smaller houses where many people live all year.
That gives us a wide range of work. In Remsenburg it may be a summer house with many bedrooms, a pool and a long lawn. In Speonk it may be a ranch or cape with a family of four, a dog and a commuter's car in the driveway.

Eastport is to the west and Westhampton to the east. In summer, Friday traffic on the highway gets heavy, so we leave extra time and give you a realistic window.
