Dogs and cats tend to pick one rug as their own. We treat urine and odor in the fibers and the backing, and we tell you honestly if a stain has already bleached the dye.
A good rug pad matters on wood floors. If yours has gone flat, crumbled or left a pattern on the floor, we will tell you, so you can decide whether to replace it before the clean rug goes back down.
Have a fine Persian or an heirloom piece? That goes to our oriental rug service, where it is hand-washed. Wall-to-wall rooms can be booked as carpet cleaning on the same day.
