Mobile auto detailing at Sagaponack homes - summer SUVs, beach cars and weekend convertibles detailed in your drive, with water and power brought along.
Summer cars in Sagaponack work hard. SUVs carry beach chairs, surfboards, kids and dogs down to the ocean and back. Convertibles and weekend cars pick up salt spray and dust from farm roads.
We detail them at your home. Our mobile units carry water and power, so we can work in a long drive, a motor court or by the garage.
From June to September, the family SUV is basically a beach shuttle. Chairs, coolers, boogie boards, wet towels and a sandy dog ride down Sagg Main Street to the ocean and back, often several times a day.
That leaves fine sand in places a gas station vacuum never reaches - seat rails, the gap beside the console, the spare-tire well. We take out the mats and work through each of those spots with crevice tools.
Leather seats dry out in the summer sun and salt air. We clean them gently and then condition them so they stay soft. Cloth seats are shampooed and extracted.
Salt haze builds up on the inside of the windshield as well as the outside. We clean every window on both sides so you are not squinting into the afternoon glare.
On the outside, the car is hand washed and the wheels, tires and wheel wells are cleaned, since that is where salt and sand pile up.
We arrive with water and power on our mobile unit, so a motor court, a garage apron or a long gravel drive all work. If there is a gate, tell us how to get in.
Many households here keep a weekend car and a beach car. We are happy to detail several vehicles in one visit.
Engine bay cleaning is available as an add-on. Ceramic coating is also available, and we will give you an honest view on whether it suits a car that only comes out in summer.
Pickups and vans used by landscapers or pool crews on the property can be detailed too, if the owner wants them done.
Mid-summer is a good time for a quick interior refresh if the car is used for the beach every day.
Family-owned, serving the NYC area since 2005.
Certificate of insurance ready for any building requirement.
Safe for kids, pets and allergy-sensitive homes.
Most Sagaponack addresses can be scheduled same day.
The pool deck or patio can be washed on the same trip - see power washing. In Sag Harbor, we plan details around tight village parking.
