Rugs, sofas, mattresses, cars and decks, planned around wooded lots, bay air and part-time owners.
Noyack is a quiet hamlet in the Town of Southampton, on the bay side of the South Fork. Homes sit back in the oak woods along Noyack Road or close to the shore of Noyack Bay and Little Peconic Bay. It feels far from the busy village streets, even though Sag Harbor is just down the road.
Many houses here are second homes. Owners come out for weekends and summers, and some rent the house for part of the season. Others live here all year. We work with both, and we know a weekend house often has to be ready before the owners arrive on a Friday.
Each service below has its own page for Noyack. We use eco-safe, non-toxic products that are safe for kids and pets once dry, and we have been in this business since 2005.

Rugs collected from your house, washed at our plant, delivered back.
Porch-room chairs, dining seats and window benches cleaned in place.
Couches in summer houses refreshed before guests and after the season.
Guest-room and rental beds cleaned between visits with low moisture.

Shaded decks, cedar shingles, pool patios and long driveways.
Hand-washing for wool and silk rugs from bay-side and wooded homes.
A lot of Noyack owners are not here during the week. We can work with a caretaker, a house manager or a lockbox, as long as you set it up and tell us when you book.
The trees are a big part of life here. Oak and pine leave pollen in spring, needles and leaves in fall, and shade that keeps decks and north walls damp. Inside, that means more dust on rugs and furniture than people expect. Outside, it means green film and mildew.
Seasonal rentals are common. Between one tenant and the next there may be only a day or two. We can clean the carpet, the mattresses and the couch in one visit so the house is ready in time.
When we arrive, the crew walks the house with whoever lets us in, notes stains and pet areas, and explains the plan and timing before starting. If something cannot be fixed, we say so then.
Noyack Road is the main route through the hamlet, curving between Sag Harbor and North Sea. Many homes are up short, steep driveways or down gravel lanes. Tell us if your drive is narrow or soft, so we can plan where to park the van.
On the north side, the shore faces Noyack Bay and Little Peconic Bay. The beaches are calmer than the ocean side, but sand, small stones and wet towels still come into the house all summer. The Elizabeth A. Morton National Wildlife Refuge sits at the edge of the hamlet, and the woods around it are home to plenty of deer.
In July and August, traffic toward Sag Harbor and the villages can slow things down, especially on Fridays. We give you a realistic arrival window and leave extra time in summer.
