From the canal blocks near the bay to the wooded streets up toward Great Peconic Bay.
Hampton Bays is a real working hamlet. Many people live here all year, run local businesses and send their kids to school here, while summer brings renters, weekend guests and a lot more traffic on Montauk Highway. Houses range from small cottages and ranches to newer homes on the water, and many sit on canals that open into Shinnecock Bay.
Our crews bring every service listed below to Hampton Bays, with eco-safe, non-toxic products that are safe for kids and pets. A quote is free at 1-800-589-4364, and same-day or next-day visits are open in most of our areas, including this one.
Wall-to-wall carpet that collects beach sand and holds the damp air of canal-side homes.
We pick up and return rugs from year-round houses and summer rentals at no charge.
Chairs, benches and cushions marked by sunscreen, wet swimsuits and summer guests.
Couches cleaned where they stand and ready to sit on later the same day.
Fresh beds for family rooms and for guest rooms that saw a busy rental season.
Sand, salt and dog hair cleared out of cars and trucks, right at your house.
Decks, docks, pool patios and siding cleaned of salt film and green growth.
Hand-washing for wool and silk rugs, with a close look for moisture and moth damage.
Water is the big story here. Homes along the canals and close to the bay stay humid for much of the year, so carpet and fabric dry more slowly and a closed room can turn musty. We adjust the water we use and the airflow we set up so we never leave things wetter than the air can handle.
Sand comes next. Ponquogue Beach and the other ocean beaches on Dune Road are only a short drive over the bridge, and every trip brings fine grit home in shoes, towels and car seats. Getting that grit out dry, before any washing, is a step we never skip.
Then there is the summer calendar. Plenty of Hampton Bays owners rent their house for part of the season or fill it with family on weekends. We can clean before the first guests arrive, between bookings, or after Labor Day when the house is finally quiet again.
Green Choice is a family business that has worked in New York homes since 2005. Twenty years in, we still give plain answers about what will come out, what might only fade and when a piece is better left alone.
We come in on Sunrise Highway or Montauk Highway, and Route 24 brings us down from the Riverhead side through Flanders. The Hampton Bays LIRR station is close to the middle of the hamlet, so if you commute we can try for an early or late slot around your train.
Summer weekends slow everything down near the Shinnecock Canal and on Montauk Highway. If you live near the water, a weekday morning is usually the easiest time for us to park close and start on schedule.
Family-owned, serving the NYC area since 2005.
