Sand is everywhere. Under the pines the soil is light and loose, and it rides indoors on shoes, paws and sneakers in every season, not only July. Removing it dry comes before any wet cleaning, every time.

Our vans usually come in on Route 24, Flanders Road, which follows the bay between the Riverhead side and Hampton Bays. From the west, Sunrise Highway brings us close. There is no train station in the hamlet, so most people here drive, and so do we.
Most properties have a driveway, which makes parking simple. If your street is narrow or unpaved, mention it when you book and we will plan the van and hose route ahead of time.
