Washing happens by hand on our wash floor, with gentle solutions picked for wool or silk. A slow rinse follows, then drying flat in moving air so the rug keeps its size and lies straight.
Moth tracks, brittle foundation threads or loose edges are shown to you with an explanation of the options. Nothing is repaired until you agree.
