Area rug pickup and delivery across Woodside, timed around your schedule. Rugs are washed at our facility and come back clean and fully dry.
Woodside families use area rugs to soften wood floors, define a play space for the kids or warm up a living room in a walk-up. Those rugs collect the same street dust that settles on everything else here.
We come to your door, roll the rug and take it to our facility for a full wash.
Pickup works around your day. If you commute, we can schedule a time before you leave or after you get home, or arrange it with another family member.
Rugs in homes near the 7 train collect fine gray dust that sinks below the surface. A full wash rinses it out of the pile and the backing.
Children's play rugs get a lot of attention here. We treat food, drink and art supply stains individually, using eco-safe, non-toxic products.
Every rug is checked for fiber type before it is washed. Wool, cotton, viscose and synthetic rugs each need a different method to keep their color and shape.
After washing, each rug is dried under controlled conditions, which keeps it from shrinking, curling or developing a sour smell.
Most rugs are cleaned and returned in about a week.
When we bring it back, we lay the rug in place. Ask about new padding, which helps rugs stay put on smooth floors and adds a little cushion underfoot.
In two-family homes, owners sometimes send rugs from both units at once. One pickup covers the whole house.
In a walk-up, a large rolled rug is heavy and awkward. Our crew carries it down and back up, protecting the stair railings and walls along the way.
Rugs under a baby's play area or a crib should be cleaned with gentle products. Ours are eco-safe and non-toxic, which parents appreciate.
Small decorative rugs and bath mats can ride along with larger pieces. If any rug needs special handling, tell us and we will note it on the order.
