We plan each visit room by room, because those rooms get very different kinds of wear.
Basements are a big part of life here. A finished basement with carpet can feel damp in summer, and it often has the toughest stains in the house. We tell you honestly what we can do for a basement carpet before we start.
In the garden co-ops, we follow the building's rules on work hours and where to park, and we bring floor protection for shared halls. Just tell us the rules when you book.

The Long Island Rail Road's Port Washington Branch stops at Bayside station, just off Bell Boulevard, and many residents ride it to Manhattan. Most of the neighborhood, though, gets around by car on Northern Boulevard, the Clearview Expressway and the Cross Island Parkway.
That car-friendly layout helps us. Most Bayside addresses have a driveway or easy curb parking, so our crews spend less time parking and more time cleaning, and arrival times are easier to keep.
Fort Totten Park, Crocheron Park and the path along Little Neck Bay give the area a lot of green space. Trees are everywhere too, which means leaves, pollen and moss on driveways, decks and roofs each year.
