Forest Hills has a look of its own. South of the train tracks, Forest Hills Gardens is a planned community of brick and stucco Tudor houses on curving private streets. Along Queens Boulevard and the avenues around it, tall apartment buildings and pre-war co-ops house a large share of the neighborhood. North of the boulevard, the Cord Meyer section is mostly detached homes with yards.

Forest Park borders the neighborhood to the south, and Forest Hills Stadium hosts concerts in the warmer months. On event nights the streets near the stadium fill up, so we keep the concert calendar in mind when we schedule crews nearby.
