Apartment visits start with the building. Many co-ops and rental buildings near Great Neck Plaza ask contractors to use a service elevator, work within set hours, or register with the doorman ahead of time. Tell us the rules when you book, and we plan the visit to fit them rather than leaving you to sort it out in the lobby.
House visits are about scale and fine pieces. Larger homes in Great Neck Estates, Kensington and Kings Point often hold hand-knotted rugs, silk blends and formal dining rooms. We test fibers and dyes before treating anything valuable, and some pieces go to our plant for hand-washing instead of being cleaned on the floor.
Water matters here too. Homes close to Manhasset Bay or Little Neck Bay live with damper air in summer, which slows drying. We use less water in those homes and set up airflow so nothing stays damp.

Parking near Middle Neck Road and the Plaza can be tight. If you live in a building, let us know whether there is a loading zone or a garage we can use. For houses, the driveway is usually all we need, and Northern Boulevard gets us onto the peninsula quickly from the south.
